Instructions for use：
According to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, the X-SMART™Plus root canal preparation device is suitable for tooth root canal enlargement and shaping procedures.
This device can only be used by qualified dental personnel in a hospital, clinic or dental office environment.

Disinfection and sterilization：
Steam sterilize at 134°C (274°C).
1. Use only autoclaves that comply with EN13060, EN285.
2. Use validated sterilization methods in accordance with ISO 17665.
3. Use only disinfectant solutions that meet the disinfection standards (VAH/DGHM-listed, CE marked, validated by the US Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada) and follow the instructions for use of the disinfectant solution manufacturer.

- This product should only be used by a licensed professional for dental procedures in an appropriate location.
2. This product should only be used with the specified battery. Never use batteries not specified by Dentsply Maillefer.
3. Use the AC adapter of Dentsply Maillefer. Never use other AC adapters.
4. If leaked battery fluid splashes on the skin or clothing, immediately wash the exposed skin thoroughly with clean water and wash off the battery fluid completely. Failure to do so may cause skin complications.
5. If the product is not used for a long time, remove the battery to prevent battery fluid leakage. - 6. Do not expose the device to heat sources directly or indirectly. Operate and store the device in a safe environment.
7. When installing the device, leave about 10cm of space around the control unit to facilitate access to the socket and power cord.
8. Place the device on a flat and stable surface.
9. Do not drop the device.
10. Portable and mobile wireless radio frequency communication equipment can affect the normal operation of X-SMART™Plus.
11. The device must be used with original accessories from the manufacturer.
