Working Principle
Pulse vacuum pressure steam sterilizer uses pulsating vacuum technology, and generates high temperature steam in the sterilization room through heating and humidification, so that the high temperature steam can go deep inside the instrument, and the principle of high temperature steam sterilization can be used to thoroughly sterilize and disinfect objects
Each pulse vacuum sterilizer is designed and developed in accordance with the GMP sterilization requirements in pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects. These pharmaceutical grade sterilizers are a new generation of sterilization and vacuum drying equipment, equipped with printers, PLCs and touch screen HMIs, providing a friendly human-machine interface for automatic control, automatic temperature recording, vacuum drying, etc. These pulse vacuum sterilizers use full steam as the sterilization medium and are configured as single inlet or pass-through (single door or double door)
As first stage, these sterilizers adopt pulsation vacuum exhausting process to remove cold air influence to temperature. When sterilizing process finishes, these sterilizers adopt vacuum drying to dry the materials.
